Application Steps:

Step 1. Select your application type then click next.
Step 2. Select membership class then click next.
Step 3. Select membership category/chapter and click next.
Step 4. Fill in personal details to create an account and start the application.
Step 5. Enter your academic information and other required information.
Step 6. Upload supporting documents.
Step 7. Pay the required amount.
Step 8. Submit your application by clicking submit button.
NB: Please ensure that all your tertiary certificates are certified by either the institution you went to or an advocate of the high court. This is a requirement. 


QUALIFICATIONS
1. ASSOCIATE

Academic qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in HRM one

  • Diploma in any discipline and Certificate in HRM

  • Diploma in HRM

HR Professional Qualification

  • Higher Diploma in HRM/ CHRP / Cambridge Int.  Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP)

  • HRBP – Professional in Human Resources International (PHRi)

  • HRMP –  Senior Professional in Human Resources International (SPHRi)



2. FULL MEMBER
Academic qualifications

  • HR Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in any discipline

Professional Qualifications

  • Higher Diploma in HRM/ Post Graduate Diploma in HRM/ CHRP/ Cambrigde Int.

  • Diploma – HR Minimum 5 years

  • Master’s Degree in HRM/MBA – Organizational Development / MBA –  Strategic Management

  • Minimum 5 years of Teaching or Research in HRM.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline and CPS(K) with Minimum 5 years
